Shipping & Returns


RETURNS

Returns are at my discretion and are only accepted if I'm contacted within 3 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please e-mail me at nashmetalsco@gmail.com with reason for returns. Items must be un-worn and returned in original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Custom and SALE items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Nash Metals Co is not responsible for stolen packages or packages sent to the wrong address based on customer error. 

A 6% processing fee is charged to canceled and returned orders purchased through Afterpay.

SHIPPING

One of a kind, ready to ship items will ship within 1-3 business days. If you need something expedited, please email me at nashmetalsco@gmail.com to see if we can work something out.

Items ship via USPS and you will be provided tracking. Please keep in mind that USPS occasionally experiences delays, so while your item is guaranteed to ship within a certain time, I cannot fully guarantee a delivery date.

I offer free domestic (US) shipping on all items, they ship USPS First Class with added insurance, this method takes anywhere from 2-7 days. You can also choose USPS Priority shipping at check out which usually takes 2-3 days.

Your privacy is respected and your personal information won’t be distributed. I will only use your information for shipping and billing purposes and to contact you about your purchase. You will be prompted to subscribe to my newsletter while checking out, in which I will occasionally send shop updates on new collections, sales and discount codes. You may opt out at any time.
